| Mr. Woolford was nominated by the Board of Directors in April 2008. His nomination was unanimously approved by the Board on May 5, 2008 and will be presented to the full membership for confirmation at the annual meeting in September 2008. Mr. Woolford was recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as among central Pennsylvania's "Forty Under 40" at a reception held in Harrisburg on October 22, 2007. Mr. Woolford and the rest of the chosen field were featured in the October 29, 2007 edition of the Central Penn Business Journal.
Mr. Woolford was chosen as one of the forty most innovative and accomplished business leaders of central Pennsylvania by an independent judges' panel. The award recognizes emerging young professionals who have achieved a high level of success before reaching the age of 40.
